4. WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED?
Peteee primarily uses PayPal to process secure online payments. Through PayPal, we accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Cashu, Webmoney, Boleto, Discover, and bank transfer (debit card).

5. WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DOES PETEEE USE?

6. WHAT INFORMATION MAY BE COLLECTED?
Register email, Password (No any other body can get your password include our staffs, it is encrypted!) Nickname, IP address, the date and time, browser and operating system, the URL you request, your PayPal email, your PayPal shipping address; Other information if you want to share with us, like Phone number etc. Note: phone number is useful to postman.

9. WHY MY ORDER DID NOT SHIP OUT WITHIN 72H?
We try our best to ensure that all orders are shipped within 72 hours, but sometimes excessive orders, warehouse shipping out delays, so there will be a delay of 3 to 7 working days, please understand us. Once the stock is sufficient, we will ship it to you immediately.

13. HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
Shipping charge varies from country to country and we offer free standard shipping once your order reaches certain Order Amount. Free Shipping on Orders over $59 for almost of products. 14. WHAT IS RETURN POLICY?
Your satisfaction is our primary concern. You may return an item that you are not satisfied with within 30 days after receiving your order and receive a full refund once we receive the returned package. Contact contact@peteee.com to assist you in the return process. Please note that any shipping fee you paid for the order will not be included in the refund. 15. IF MY PACKAGE IS SENT TO INCORRECT ADDRESS?
Customers are advised to check the address carefully before completing payment. If unfortunately the package is sent to incorrect address, it is unable for us to change the address after the package is shipped out. In this situation, please contact our customer service, we will help to check it with shipping company to confirm if the package can be returned and reshipped to the correct address. If there is any extra fee charged by the shipping company in this return and reshipment, customer holds the sole responsibility to pay for these fees.

16. IF MY PAYMENT IS FAILED?
Please make sure there are enough money in your payment account when paying for your order. If the payment is failed, please try another payment account to check if the payment can be successful. If the issue remains, please contact our customer service and provide more details of the error message received. We also advise to contact paypal or the payment company to check the issue in detail.

17. HOW TO CANCEL THE ORDER?
Customer can disregard an unpaid order if you do not want it anymore. After payment is completed, customer can contact our customer service to help cancel the order before it is being processed by the shipment company. Once the package is shipped out, no one can cancel the order in such cases.

18. HOW CAN I CHANGE THE ITEM IF I PLACED THE WRONG ORDER?
Customer cannot change the item in the order once payment is completed. Please contact our customer service to help change it for you. However please note we can only help to change the item before the package is being processed by the shipment company. If there is any price difference, we will either refund it for you after the order is shipped out or ask you to pay for it if the new item is more expensive. We can only arrange shipment once we receive the complete payment.

19. CAN I ADD AN ITEM TO THE ORDER THAT I JUST CREATED?
Yes, but you need to add it before your order is packaged for shipment. Contact us and we will do it for you. In the meantime, placing a new order is likely faster. You can either let the new order ship separately, or request to combine your two orders.

20. WHAT IF I FORGOT MY PASSWORD?
